Pricing
List Price or MSRP is provided by the manufacturer in consideration of other comparable name brand products. Products may commonly sell at prices lower than List Price and, for any given product, no sales may have occurred at List Price. Whether other retailers sell at List Price may vary by product, date, location, and store.

Shipping & Delivery

Each product is inspected and setup before shipping the product to the customer. In most cases we will ship orders within 2 business days. Some factors may delay shipping, such as but not limited to: shipping to addresses other than confirmed billing address, delayed payments received, carrier delays, manufacturing delays, labor shortages or holidays. Once your order has been accepted and shipped, you will receive a tracking number for the shipment.

UPS is our main shipping carrier and is listed in check out as the shipping carrier, T.G., Inc. reserves the right to use shipping carrier of our choice with comparable shipping method. In most cases either UPS or FedEx is used. Some locations such as APO and International locations may require a different carrier and guaranteed delivery may not be available. At this time, buytregan.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Other countries may be available as listed on the shipping page. Return Policy

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card, owner's manual, hang tags, and protective coverings and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. After 14 days the product is covered under the manufactures warranty.
